Are your prints sold ready to hang?
Yes, all of our prints unless otherwise requested are stretched over a frame and ready for you to hang.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our products are made to order, we work on a standard 4 day turnaround for production.  Delivery time will depend on your location, usually 1-3 days.
 
How long will my custom product take?
We aim to have your first design proof to you within a couple of business hours of your order, depending on the complexity of your design.  Even with changes we often have custom designs finalised the same day.  Once you have approved the artwork and payment has been made, your print will be ready after 4 days.
 
What if I'm not 100% happy with the custom design proof you send me?
We will always keep working on your design until you are 100% happy.
 
How do you deliver your products?
We use Fastway and TNT couriers for all of our Australian and international deliveries.  All of our prints are wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap, boxed in specially made double walled cardboard box with an additional corrugated cardboard insert to protect your print. 
 
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship our products overseas.  When shipping overseas you have the option to ship the full 'ready to hang' print, or we will roll your print for you in a tube for you.
 
Why do you have different fabric options?
We sell our designs on a range of fabrics to cater for all budgets and styles.  Our products range from our economy clean skin line to the luxurious Belgian linen.

Is GST included in the price?
Yes, GST is included in the price.  The shopping cart does not show the tax, however we will email you a separate tax invoice with your tax listed. 

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale rates. Please contact us with your registered trading name, ABN and address details.  Your business must be in a relevant homewares / interior design industry.
